Creative Journey 

I grew up in Simsbury, Connecticut, and spent countless weekends immersed in my grandfather's Vermont woodshop, where I learned an early appreciation for the beauty of various wood types and diverse styles of woodworking. From a young age through adulthood, I developed a love for creating and building small furniture pieces, a keen eye for detail, and an understanding of how to bring out the natural characteristics of different types of wood. Today, my work spans two distinct, yet equally important, areas:

Functional Outdoor Carpentry
I design and build durable, practical outdoor structures that enhance your home's exterior and garden. This includes decks, custom raised garden beds, fence installation, and other tailored garden and yard projects. These pieces are designed with longevity and utility in mind.

Bespoke Fine Woodworking
I love crafting one-of-a-kind fine woodworking pieces. These projects showcase the natural beauty of different woods, transforming them into artful and valuable additions to your home. This includes custom decorative side tables, intricate chess tables with drawers, custom decorative boxes, unique kitchen island stools, beautiful benches, and more. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to highlight the wood's distinctive grain and character, adding a touch of refined beauty to your interior.
